Monorail Track System

It is a facade cleaning system moving horizontally and vertically over the Aluminum Mono Rail installed on the façade of the building. A monorail system is a perfect solution for buildings full of any design. And it is the best choice for Interior curtain wall surfaces.

Monorail

The monorail systems are basically a special aluminum track profile with trolleys running onto the track profile. The profile is installed with joint pins, end stops, and suitable bolt sets, and it is fixed to a suitable steel bracket.The bracket is fixed on the facade or roof.

Davit and Socket System

TYPE OF DAVIT ARM SYSTEM

Rotating Type: The Rotating davit can be turned 90 degree manually to bring the cradle to the roof of the building, and the same is lowered to hide.

Fixed type – low profile application.

Roof Car Machine

  • Telescopic Jib

A telescopic jib increases the range of the   BMU. The reach (of a custom telescopic jib)is dependent on the required range of the facade access system.

  • Counterweight

As the telescopic jib(s) of a roof car extend outwards, the counterweight keeps the roof car in balance.

  • Wheels

The undercarriage is equipped with motorized wheels which can traverse around the building roof along with an anchored rail track, and a free-laid rail track.

  • Control

The Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)allows for our BMUs to be monitored, facilitating inspection and analysis of system faults, and the integration of BMU data in a Building Management System (BMS)

  • BMU Basket

A rotating mast allows for adjustment of the direction of the basket, in relation to the facade.
