Service & Maintenance Support

Maintenance is carried out by highly experienced and qualified engineers. If repairs are necessary, only manufacturers’ genuine spare parts from our large stock are used. XPLATFORM manufactures  and installs permanent and suspended access equipment and our team of Engineers carry out both the installation and servicing.
We believe we can offer unrivalled knowledge and competence in installation and maintenance.

Quality and Safety Program

  • Control Measures to Reduce the Risk at Xplatform we:
  • Ensure that our products are erected by competent persons and inspected daily.
  • Ensure guardrails, toe boards, brick guards and ladder in place.
  • Minimize amounts of materials at height.
  • Ensure access equipment is adequate and maintained.
  • Ensure the provision of information, instruction and training.
  • Minimize/eliminate manual handling. Reduce loads or use mechanical means
  • Monitor regularly for the exposure of dusts and other substances
  • Carry out skin monitoring programmed and noise assessments.
  • Where any exposure cannot be reduced further use the required personal protective equipment
  • Ensure adequate information, instruction, training and supervision are provided in the safe use of all hand tools.
  • Ensure appropriate storage facilities are provided when equipment is not in use…
  • Ensure any materials or equipment is use are stored/stacked appropriately and inspected regularly.

Warranty

Xplatform Lifting Equipment (L.L.C.) hereby warrants for a period of One (1) year, from the date of delivery, that all materials supplied by XPLATFORM are free from defects in materials and/or workmanship. We agree to repair (or replace if necessary) for the period of this warranty any units which fail in materials or workmanship, however, fair wear and tear are excluded.
The warranty will be void in the event of lack of maintenance or misuse by the client or his agents of materials installed by XPLATFORM after commissioning. Any materials installed by XPLATFORM, found prior or after the commissioning not to confirm to the specifications must be recorded in writing, and will be repaired , or replaced if necessary, by XPLATFORM as promptly as possible. However XPLATFORM shall not be responsible in any way for such delays by our suppliers or any contra charges for additional costs.
It is the responsibility of the end user to ensure necessary maintenance, with repairs of any patent damage, as well as regular general cleaning is undertaken after commissioning. Performance by XPLATFORM under this warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective parts supplied/installed by XPLATFORM and shall not provide for repair or replacement of materials or parts damaged by others, or any other performance, including costs of replacement, except as otherwise provided herein.
The liability of XPLATFORM shall be limited to the extent of remedial work defined in this warranty.
The foregoing is extended solely to our customer and is granted IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER GUARANTEES AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, ANY GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY OF MERCHANT ABILITY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

This warrantee is only valid after the full settlement of the complete payments to XPLATFORM for all works associated with this warrantee including all related variations.
